Forest Hills: The Last Year Teams Up with Troma Entertainment
Undaunted Games has exciting news as Forest Hills: The Last Year™ teams up with the renowned horror icon Troma Entertainment. Known for cult classics like The Toxic Avenger and Tromeo and Juliet, Troma Entertainment will collaborate with Undaunted Games to inject its distinctive flavor into the game. The company will introduce a themed map called Displaced, along with environmental elements and a special Fiend inspired by Troma's films. Additionally, players can anticipate new classes, including one where they can transform into the heroic Toxie from The Toxic Avenger.
Mark Waterworth, Creative Director at Undaunted Games, expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, "Troma is one of the most iconic names in horror, and we're honored to be able to bring their surreal cast of characters into Forest Hills: The Last Year. In expanding Forest Hills, we have a lot of real estate to bring in crossovers from across the horror universe - and maybe even beyond. In addition to collaborating with Troma Entertainment, Undaunted Games will unveil a new cemetery-themed map and their latest Fiend, the Warlock, at PAX East. Attendees can experience the new content firsthand by exploring the map and facing off against the Warlock in the game's demo.
Forest Hills: The Last Year offers a thrilling 5v1 asymmetric horror experience. Players can either play as the survivors, known as the Displaced, or as the supernaturally attuned killer, the Fiend. The Displaced must gather resources and escape while the Fiends hunt them down to prevent their escape.
Fans can catch up with the Undaunted Games team at PAX East in Boston from March 22 to 24 at booth 13085 in the Exhibitors Hall.
