For Honor Meets Destiny: New Halloween Event “Light of the Guardians” Launches Tomorrow
Get ready for an epic crossover event as For Honor introduces its Halloween event, "Light of the Guardians," inspired by the beloved action MMO, Destiny. Launching on October 24 and running through November 14, this thrilling new event will deliver an eerie Dominion game mode, Destiny-inspired character skins, exclusive rewards, and much more. Here’s what you can expect!
Event Highlights:
- Dominion Mode with a Twist: Battle in a haunting version of Dominion set in the eerie Cathedral. Face off against the Scorn Baron, adding a spooky challenge to the fight.
- Destiny-Inspired Skins: Available starting October 24, two new skins, The Violet King (Lawbringer) and The Crucible Lord (Centurion), are inspired by Destiny’s legendary Saint-14 and Lord Shaxx.
- Exclusive Event Pass: Unlock rewards like mood effects, ornaments, and Battle Outfits during the event with the free pass. Destiny-themed weapons will drop as loot, and other themed items like emotes, a podium, and an Illustrious Outfit will be available in the in-game store.
- Community Challenges & Rewards: Team up to complete community orders and unlock prizes, including Steel, XP Boosts, and the exclusive Ghost Trophy ornament for all Heroes.
- More to Come: After the event, For Honor’s Year 8 Season 3 will continue with the return of Tales of Rebellion: Pillage and Hero Fests for Gryphon, Tiandi, and Jormungandr.
