Dauntless: Awakening Arrives December 5 – A New Era for Slayers Begins

New Behemoth: Karkonos

The Karkonos, a community-designed Behemoth, takes center stage in Awakening. This towering foe resides in the Twilight’s Domain hunting ground, where players can engage in a climactic battle to harvest rare materials. These materials are used to craft the stunning Brineguard Armour Set, making it a must-have for dedicated Slayers.

18 All-New Weapons

The Awakening update introduces 18 new weapons, each with unique abilities and progression paths:

• Seven weapons are unlocked through early quests, including highlights like the Silver Sword and Golden Claws.
• 11 additional weapons are earned via Weapon Tokens, obtainable in weekly challenges and Hunt Pass tracks.

Weapons now level up to Level 60, with 25 unlockable Talents offering boosts to special, active, and passive abilities. Players can equip a sub-weapon, which gains equal XP alongside the primary weapon, providing a new layer of strategy.

Seasonal Hunt Pass

The new Hunt Pass includes both free and premium tracks, rewarding Slayers with Weapon Tokens, exclusive cosmetics, and more. This season marks the start of a revamped progression system tailored to deliver meaningful rewards and experiences.
