Concord Goes Offline: Refunds Issued for PlayStation 5 and PC Players

Following the launch of Concord on PlayStation 5 and PC, the developers express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has joined the journey aboard the Northstar. The support from the passionate community has been invaluable, but despite the positive aspects of the game, certain elements didn't resonate as intended with players.

As a result, the decision has been made to take Concord offline beginning September 6, 2024, to explore options that might better serve the community. Effective immediately, sales of Concord will cease, and full refunds will be offered to all players who purchased the game on PS5 or PC.

Refund Process: What You Need to Know

  • PlayStation Store/PlayStation Direct: If you purchased Concord through the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Steam Store: Players who bought the game via Steam will receive a refund over the coming days. Steam will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • Epic Games Store: Epic Games Store will also refund players within the next few days and will contact customers directly to confirm the refund.
  • Other Retailers: For those who purchased a physical copy from a retailer outside of PlayStation directly, please refer to the retailer's refund process to obtain your refund.

Once the refund is processed, players will no longer have access to the game.
